Aifanfan IM is a smart customer service application for online after sales support. The application provides input assistance, process optimization, and an AI assistant to simplify two-way communication between service agents and consumers. Multi modal input, including camera and voice, recognizes foreign languages and dialects to lower the input threshold. The AI assistant analyzes emotional factors in dialogue text in real time and recommends quick response content. Speech recognition, image recognition, and natural language processing are used.
