With a deep-rooted passion for innovation and user-centered design, I have spent my career shaping transformative digital experiences, most notably as the core UX designer for Samsung’s Bixby AI Assistant, one of the company’s most critical and strategic projects for 2025-2026. As a cornerstone of Samsung’s AI-driven ecosystem, Bixby is central to the company’s long-term vision of integrating AI across its product portfolio. In this role, I defined key interaction guidelines and designed several AI-agent features, simplifying the way users interact with advanced technology. My work on Bixby significantly enhanced user engagement, making AI more intuitive and accessible. In addition to my work on Bixby, I pioneered Samsung’s componentized design system, and have independently led the end-to-end UX for 9 Samsung apps, overseeing everything from product ideation to final delivery, including major system-level redesigns and AI-driven feature upgrades. Outside of my work at Samsung, I led several projects that earned significant recognition. AI Ad Manager and XLchat won two Red Dot Awards for their innovative use of AI to streamline processes and enhance user interactions in digital platforms. One of my key projects, Smart Classroom, integrates smart technology to overcome inefficiencies in traditional education, creating a data-driven learning environment that improves both teaching and student outcomes. It received the 2024 MUSE Design Awards Award and the 2024 French Design Award. In parallel, I actively participate in international design awardjurieslike World Brand Design Society and Orpetron Awards, and havereviewed more than 100 works. As a jury member, I aim to bring my diverse experience in both design innovation and industry-leading product development to help identify and celebrate groundbreaking work that blends creativity, technology, and user experience.
