Simi Gauba, a Print and Product designer currently working for Duni AB in Sweden. Simi post graduated from National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi and has worked in the design industry for more than 15 years. Starting her career in India; where she worked at grass root level; working and learning from local artisans around India in industries like wooden artifacts, hand made paper manufacturing, glass products, printing on textiles, woven textiles. In 2005 she moved to Paris before moving to Sweden. Simi has been the lead designer at Duni AB since December 2013. Duni is a leading supplier of innovative table-setting concepts and packaging solutions. Duni's brand is built on the belief that every meal represents a golden opportunity for people to enjoy each other's company. Duni's products create good feelings and are made with respect for society and the environment. All the production units at Duni AB have certified environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and are committed to continuous improvement. Duni's carbon reduction programme led to a 20% reduction in carbon dioxide footprint from production from 2008 to 2012.
